Yard Maintenance
Bi-weekly or monthly desert-yard care — mow what needs mowing, blow the rock clean, and leave it looking lived-in, not picked-over.

Two T’s, one phone, 30 years of Mesa yards. We don’t sell packages — we walk your yard and build the visit around it.
Free, no-pressure walk-through. We quote on-site so the number you get is the number you pay.
What we do
Granite refresh, drip system fixes, Bermuda-and-rye lawn care, monsoon cleanups, custom design. Pick one or build a per-visit plan. We don’t sell packages.

How it works
We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
Trent comes out, listens to what you want, and looks at what your specific yard actually needs — granite refresh, drip leaks, palm-frond cleanup, an overseed in October. No package menus.
You get a per-visit plan written for your yard — what we touch, how often, what it costs. The number we walk you to is the number on the invoice. No upsells.
Once we start, the same two-person T & T crew runs your route the same morning every visit. Mesa, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, or Queen Creek — quiet, on-time, gate latched.
The yard sign you’ll see staked at the curb on visit days.
Why “Custom” is in the name
Most lawn companies sell three packages and try to make every yard fit one of them. We don’t. Your house in Mesa is not the same as the place in Apache Junction with the half-acre xeriscape. The drip line under your granite isn’t the same as the rye-overseed Bermuda strip in Gilbert.
So we walk your yard with you. We talk through what bothers you about how it looks right now, what your last crew kept missing, what the drip system is actually doing under the rock. Then we write a per-visit plan that fits — and quote it flat.
No package menus.
We don’t have a “bronze / silver / gold” sheet. The visit is what your yard needs that week — no more, no less.
No surprise upsells.
If we spot a drip leak or a controller that’s about to die, we tell you and quote it. You decide. We don’t add it to the invoice and hope you don’t notice.
Two T’s, one phone.
Trent answers. The same two-person crew runs your visit every time. No call center, no rotating subs.

In their words
Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.
Trent has been doing our yard in east Mesa for years now. Fair prices, quality work, never a callback to fix something twice. He shows up when he says he will and that alone puts him ahead of the last three guys we tried.

Called T & T because three drip emitters had quit and one of the lines under the granite was leaking. He fixed all of it in one visit and walked the whole yard with me after to point out two more that were about to go. Reasonable price, no nonsense.

We’re in Apache Junction and most crews don’t want to drive out here for a regular yard. T & T does — same crew every visit, same morning. Yard has never looked this consistently good.
