You get a per-visit plan written for your yard — what we touch, how often, what it costs. The number we walk you to is the number on the invoice. No upsells.

Built for your yard, not the next one.
Most lawn companies sell three packages and try to make every yard fit one of them. We don’t. Your house in Mesa is not the same as the place in Apache Junction with the half-acre xeriscape. The drip line under your granite isn’t the same as the rye-overseed Bermuda strip in Gilbert.
So we walk your yard with you. We talk through what bothers you about how it looks right now, what your last crew kept missing, what the drip system is actually doing under the rock. Then we write a per-visit plan that fits — and quote it flat.
No package menus.
We don’t have a “bronze / silver / gold” sheet. The visit is what your yard needs that week — no more, no less.
No surprise upsells.
If we spot a drip leak or a controller that’s about to die, we tell you and quote it. You decide. We don’t add it to the invoice and hope you don’t notice.

- It is actually custom. We don’t sell a "bronze / silver / gold" package and force every yard into it. We walk your yard, talk through what you want, and put together a per-visit plan that fits your specific property — front-yard rock with a small Bermuda strip is a different visit from a half-acre xeriscape, and the price reflects that.
- Since 1995 — 30 years across the East Valley. Trent started the business with one truck and one mower and most of our current customers came over from a neighbor recommending us across the fence.
- Yes. Mesa is home base but we run regular routes through Apache Junction, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, and Queen Creek. If your address is in the East Valley, ask — we probably already pass it.
- Most desert yards do well on bi-weekly maintenance through the summer and monthly through the cool months. If you have a full Bermuda lawn it may want weekly in July. We’ll tell you straight what your yard needs — we don’t upsell visits you don’t need.
- Yes — fully insured. We’re happy to send proof of insurance for HOA properties or property managers.
- Most of the time, yes. We carry common emitters, line, fittings, and pop-up heads on the truck. Bigger jobs (a dead controller or a major line break) sometimes need a return visit but we’ll quote it on the spot.
- In Phoenix that’s usually a monsoon storm, not a slow drizzle. We push to the next dry day, often the same week, and we let you know when we’ll be there. If a storm dropped fronds and branches we’ll add a cleanup pass.
