  • Yard Maintenance

    Bi-weekly or monthly desert-yard care — mow what needs mowing, blow the rock clean, and leave it looking lived-in, not picked-over.

    Every Mesa yard is a little different — some are mostly granite with a strip of Bermuda along the walk, some are full overseed in winter, some are pure xeriscape with a few accent plants. We tune the visit to your yard. Mow at the right height for the season (raise it in summer so the lawn holds water through 110-degree afternoons), blow rock clean of palm seeds and mesquite litter, and pull stray weeds out of the granite by hand before they go to seed.

  • Drip System Repair

    Cracked emitters, chewed lines, dead zones, leaking valves — the desert eats drip systems and we fix what it breaks.

    Drip is what keeps a desert yard alive. We trace dead zones back to the chewed line under the granite, replace cracked emitters at the right gallon-per-hour for each plant, swap leaking valves, and re-program controllers for the season — more in July, less in February. We carry the parts on the truck so most fixes happen the same visit.

  • Lawn Care

    Bermuda in summer, ryegrass overseed in winter — both kept at the right height with edges that actually stay edges.

    A real Phoenix-area lawn means two grasses across the year. Bermuda gets cut shorter and watered deep through the heat; rye comes in as an overseed for green winter color. We handle the seasonal transition, scalp-and-overseed in October if you want it, and edge every visit so the line between rock and grass stays sharp.

  • Sprinkler Repair

    Pop-up heads, broken pipe, controller programming, valve replacement — same-week fixes, fair prices.

    Pop-ups that won’t pop, heads spraying the sidewalk instead of the lawn, a zone that won’t turn off, a controller that died — we handle all of it. We’ll walk every zone with you after, watch them run, and adjust the spray patterns so water lands where it should.

  • Cleanups & Hauls

    Palm-frond piles, mesquite drop, post-monsoon storm cleanup, and bagging it all to the dump for you.

    Monsoon season turns a tidy yard into a mess overnight. We come out after a storm, pile up palm fronds and mesquite branches, run the blower, and haul the load to the dump in our own trailer. Twice-yearly deep cleanups (spring and fall) reset the whole yard.

  • Granite & Gravel Refresh

    Dec-G, brown rock, screened gold — top-up and re-spread to bury old weed mat and bring the yard back to crisp.

    Granite and decomposed-G fade and thin out. We deliver fresh material in our own dump trailer, hand-spread to consistent depth, refresh the weed barrier underneath if it’s torn through, and re-set the edges against the lawn or driveway so the yard reads sharp from the curb.

  • Trimming & Pruning

    Sage, oleander, lantana, mesquite, palms — pruned at the right time of year for our climate.

    Pruning in the desert is timing. Mesquite and palo verde get the structural cuts in winter; oleander after bloom; lantana hard back in early spring. We know the calendar and we don’t over-prune — a butchered desert tree takes years to recover.

  • Custom Yard Design

    Re-think the whole yard — not a template, not a package. We sketch with you and build to it.

    When the existing yard isn’t working — too thirsty, too dated, too high-maintenance — we’ll walk it with you and sketch out a custom plan. Lawn-to-xeriscape conversions, paver borders, accent boulders, citrus and agave placements. The "Custom" in the name means this — we don’t do cookie-cutter installs.
